Sampoorn has been working with the craftspeople, weavers and artisans for more than two decades. We are associated with genuine tribal artisans, grass-root weavers and craftspeople and other NGOs, Self Help Groups who make handcrafted products.

How will this help the craftspeople, weavers and artisans?

By buying from Sampoorn, you are directly buying the products from the craftspeople, weavers and artisans. This helps them realise the best price for their skills and effort by skipping the commissions and charges paid to the middlemen. Sampoorn acts as a platform for one-stop solution for all handwoven and handcrafted products which are directly sourced.

Are the products genuine?

We take the outmost care to curate and showcase only genuine products. We have been working with some of the artisan groups, cluster of weavers and craftspeople for more than 20 years. In addition to this, we check each and every package to make sure the products adhere to the highest standards of quality, most of which are certified with Craftmark, Silk mark and similar certifications.

What are the available modes of payments?

For Indian users, we have partnered with CCAvenue for payments. You can pay through Debit cards, Credit cards, Net banking, UPI and other modes of payments. For International users, we have partnered with Paypal. You can pay with any mode that Paypal supports in your respective country.

Is the website secure? Are my details secure?

We give highest priority for the protection of data of our customers. The entire website is developed in house with little use of third-party features. The website is SSL certified which stands as a proof of its reliability and secured nature.

My payment failed. What to do now?

In all likelihood, this would be due to some temporary technical issues. You can WhatsApp us immediately and we will provide you with an alternate method to pay.

The money got debited but the transaction failed. What will happen to my money?

Your money is safe, please do not worry. If the transaction failed after placing the order in our database, we will be intimated and your order will be processes. In case the transaction fails before the order is registered in our database, then you will get your money credited back to your account. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on the method you used to pay.

The product in the photo and what I received do not match exactly. Why?

As all products are handcrafted, no two pieces will be same. Therefore there will be a small difference between the product in photo and the actual product. This is an inevitable sign of handmade products.

The colours of the product look differently on screen compared to the real product. Why?

Due to the camera settings used and the capabilities, limitations and settings of your device’s display, there may be slight a difference in colour of the product in the photos and the actual product. This is not considered a defect.
